Sara Horvath
Founder and Director, Sara Horvath, established Studio George in 2016. With a Bachelor of Interior Design, Sara has worked with some of Sydney’s most esteemed design studios in the high-end residential sector.
Sara has always been inspired by the creative influence her family instilled in her as a young girl. Sara's grandfather, George, was a respected architect in Europe, while her Father, also named George, inspires and encourages her creativity to this day. It was inevitable that Studio George would take inspiration from these two important figures in Sara’s life.
OUR APPROACH
Studio George has specialised knowledge of Interior Architecture, Design and Decoration. We create ongoing and meaningful relationships with our clients to deliver an individualised architectural vision. Studio George is committed to quality through each stage of the process.
CONSULTATION & CONCEPT
Studio George begins with a consultation to understand the client’s vision and define the conceptual approach. A concept design is prepared providing the initial direction of the design plan, inspiration and material selections.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
After client approval of the concept design, Studio George begins design development, creating a preliminary package that clearly communicates the design intent. We manage all required construction documentation which provides a framework for builders and skilled artisans to execute the design.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INTERIOR DECORATION
Studio George is invested in every stage of the design journey, through ongoing project management. We continuously reiterate the design intent to ensure every aspect of the vision is brought to life. Studio George offers a cohesive interior decoration service that connects the intent of the design with the decorative detail.
