Nestled in the Byron Bay hinterland, Fairway in Federal is a ten acre property where a traditional homestead has been reimagined with sensitivity and care.

We reinterpreted French rustic nostalgia through a contemporary lens. Each space feels welcoming and enduring, as though it has always belonged to the home and its rolling landscape.

The transformation included both the main house and its adjoining barn. We restructured interiors, re considered exterior spaces and refined materials and joinery to strengthen the indoor outdoor connection.

The result is a relaxed sanctuary that feels both grounded and expansive, fulfilling our client’s vision of home while preserving the soul of place.
